How Submissions Work
How Submissions Are Processed
Overview:
Centreline Clarity provides one-time structural diagnostics. Engagement is limited, defined, and bounded.
Stage 1 – Submission
Submit your situation through the intake form. Keep responses brief and factual.
Stage 2 – Review & Determination
Your submission will be reviewed to determine if structural analysis is appropriate. Responses:
- Inquiry Review – the situation cannot be engaged
- Clarification Required – additional factual detail is needed
- Engagement Terms – the situation qualifies; terms are provided
Stage 3 – Engagement
If terms are accepted:
- Structural Clarity Report is delivered (Stage 1)
- Structural Intervention Mapping may be prepared (Stage 2) if structural stake warrants
Stage 4 – Post-Delivery Boundaries
Clarification is allowed only for material in the report. No implementation guidance is provided.
Resubmissions:
If structural conditions materially change, a new submission is required for updated analysis.
