What Happens
The work begins with diagnosis, not recommendation.
The objective is to clarify what the situation will and will not tolerate – structurally, politically, and temporally.
Decisions are examined for second-order effects, not just correctness. Particular attention is paid to timing, visibility, and points of irreversibility.
What This Is Not
It is not coaching.
It is not ongoing advisory retained by default.
It does not provide validation, cover, or consensus language.
It is not designed to make difficult decisions easier – only clearer.
Engagement
Engagements are limited in scope and duration.
Work proceeds only once the nature of the decision, the constraints involved, and the timing requirements are understood on both sides.
Not all inquiries proceed. Declining an engagement is considered a successful outcome when clarity indicates it should not continue.
